Women & Homeownership Rates:

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), single women accounted for 19% of homebuyers in 2022, compared to 9% for single men. This trend has been consistent for several years, with single women consistently being the second-largest group of homebuyers after married couples.

When not dedicating himself to iconic comedic roles and voice work, actor Seann William Scott pursues numerous other hobbies, among which—as he recently confessed to Bloomberg—are architecture and design. In 2016, his eye led him to a unique property of roughly an eighth of an acre that included a whimsical bungalow dating to the 1930s uncommonly paired with a contemporary structure designed by architect Kevin Mulcahy, whose distinct designs have been recognized globally as forward-thinking.
