She listened to us. She had a great team to work with. The inspector was efficient, personable, and gave us great information; we've been here a year and his info has panned out. We love our house. The mortgage people she recommended really worked with us, and so did the title company. When our mortgage broker had a car accident in the torrential rain of our closing day, Natasha dashed across town to get the paperwork from the hospital and saved our day (the broker recovered too), going way above and beyond the call of duty.
